The circuit illustrates a 2nd order low pass filter. The circuit consists of a CMC, bunch of filtering capacitors and a PI filter with resistors  in series with capacitors. 

The 3dB cut off is expected at 174Khz.

Note: CMC & Inductor is modelled as Inductance with series resistance for simplicity.

for AC source, there will be a default option to run the sim in time domain or frequency domain. So, you click on frequency domain to get the bode plot.
