Current Shunt

I have built these circuits for real with a resistor I suppose it is a shunt salvaged from an old DVD Player. On the circuit board it was marked with BC101. In EC it shows always the expected value on the voltmeter. In real life however, there are always different voltages at same current with different loads. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your answers.
