Normalbetrieb (Verstärker): V_BE > 0 ; V_BC < 0 (hier bis V_BE = 10V)

Sättigungsbetrieb: V_BE > 0 ; V_BC > 0 (hier: ab V_BE = 10V)

Sperrbetrieb: V_BE < 0 ; V_BC < 0
(logisch, weil B, C und E sperren)

Inversbetrieb: Normalbetrieb, aber C und E vertauscht (nur leichte Verstärkung, da unterschiedlich dotiert)
