Do you have any knowledge about electronics?

This not change fact that a some kind of manual or online tutorial is highly recomended especialy when program is top rated and popular in his category. It's simply create strange feel when some part of program is extraordinry well made and hard work traces can be sensed yet a simple basic tuorial is missing so most iterested in such program a younger adepts of art have problem to start .

I agree, and I'm quite surprised that the devs are nowhere to be seen in the comments. The examples section is a good start, but there are a handful of guys on here making really good examples as well, with good descriptions. I think if the devs were around to see that, the example section could be built upon by members of the community, with their approval.

Also, judging from the examples that do exist, the simplicity of available parts (would it really be hard to give us common ICs like 555s, 74xx series stuff, LM317s, 4017s, and such?), and a few other limitations, it seems like this app is geared towards novices, yet there is little in the way of education. So that seems sort of contradictory. Is the app meant for novices, or experts. While the functionality is good, it's simplicity suggests the former, but it's lack of education and direction suggests the latter.

@MrButterman2, I suggest you Google search for basic electronics tutorials. Also take a look at some of the stuff in the Examples section. Get familiar with the concepts of Voltage, Current, Resistance, Capacitance, etc. Look into Ohm's Law. https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials is a great place to start learning. Sparkfun had tutorials from very basic, to somewhat advanced. They also produce a good YouTube channel, as well.

Ok but can someone tell me just straight up more about the app?

I find it is good for working out the links in a project before you try to build it. I agree with @rbrtkurtz and @secuture.

Well, what exactly do you want to know about the app. I mean, basically, if you understand basics about electronics, and schematics, then there's not much else to it. You've obviously figured out how to create and save a circuit, plus place symbols, so from there it's just understanding how all the parts interact.

If you are completly newbie it will be hard to eplain all things and trace any progress using this limited comment section. A lack of well maintained forum is pain ehhh.

True. Make us a forum, secuture. Find EveryCircuit's contact info, and send them a bill for hosting and maintenance fees.

Butterman, there are already plenty of examples, I have plenty of circuits, and there are plenty of online tutorials, videos, and articles. I'm not trying to be rude, but you've got to help yourself a little, too.

I have some strange feel about those strange apperances whose behave like childs but they actuall do not have suchn one thing that childs should have. Curious childs are simple and behave very predictable. They can confuse you by unexpected questions but rather not by complexity of such but rather lack of moral brakes and feel of shame tand they mst be insanely boring and repetable. Here lack al of those childish things and rather there is lack of killer boring whose make all avoid this place like fire. Instead of this a writing contest is performed. Child cannot interest so many ppl an make intresting conversation. It must be adult one whose raise voice and grasp his nose to sound like poor child imitation. And those pity approach to try be ithout brakes lol bad actor lol ... overal actor exam score poor+ and for child behav exam fair- lol
