Quiero hacer que cuando el sw2  este abierto y el sw1 cerrado el capacitor se cargue y cuando abra el sw1 aun se quede cargado para que cuando cierre el sw2 el led encienda

Conecta ambos switches a la misma terminal del capacitor y ahí conecta tu fuente. En la otra terminal aterriza al capacitor.
