Used as Power Protection circuit on R-Pi. http://robotics.ong.id.au/2014/07/30/raspberry-pi-b-power-protection-circuit/ I used Infineon BCV62, and found that reverse polarity failed around 8V, which is due to a 6V rated emitter to base breakdown voltage which I added as a zener to simulation (SPICE does not account for parasitic elements, and it takes so much effort to work out what parasitic is causing a problem.) Added 6V zener to show max emitter to base voltage which causes this circuit to fail to protect.
