two little mistakes, the frequenvy you set is 60kHz while the little 'k' stays for 000 three times a zero or in other word a factor of kilo=1000 like KiloGramm 1000gramm is 60kHz=60000Hz! The peak voltage for 220VAC (this is rms) is in evercircuit 311Vpeak. I have also doubt your provider still uses 220VAC and not as most worldwide 230VAC which is then in everycircuit 325Vpeak
