IC or DUT pin Simulation

Here I experiment with forcing a current (+/-) on a DUT pin (from left, after current sources, with ESD protection zener diodes) which may be in ohmic region (1kohms), supplying voltage (+/- 5V), or in high Z (open, 1Gohms), and observe the pin voltage response. The circuit also demonstrates a "soft-on" feature where if the input voltage supply (12V or TriangleWave) is greater than 8V, the input pin (supplied with current sources) becomes accessible by a gate-mosfet-pair.
