An LED blinker with an LC oscillator

I was trying to put some function ofcapacitor in the above circuit....ultimately the above circuit is independent of resistance....but i need to confirm....yes it is.press the two way switch.

Try changing the resistance but be sure to have..all three same ......you will always get constant current
