This circuit incorporates two n-MOSFETS and 2 p-MOSFETS that are in a less usual manner, the p-mos transistors insuring that the output will be High only when both of the inputs are low, and the n-mos transistors only work if both input is high that's when the out put will be high Truth table, A | B. | Y. | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
