22 transistors? It can be done with 12. Actually in integrated circuits only 8 are used, but that’s with the help of a body terminal which is unavailable except in ICs.

Thanks Jason this was from a basic gate diagram from class of 2 not gates 2 ANDs and a OR just wanted to get a better visual of the of what was going on underneath it all
