The unconnected lug of the first (from left to right) potentiometer is the cv input, the second pot is rate and the third sets the lowest rate, could be a trimpot. The fourth sets the off time percentage of the square wave. Switch is sync. Check out my waveshaper to enable triangle and sine shapes as well!
