I'm a Robotics Engineering student and I'm attending an Instrumentation course so this is my try to implement last subject. 
The plan is to use: transformer, rectifier, regulator and filter.

You can stabilise the current by adding a capacitor in parallel with the resistor :-)

Thank you. Actually, it is incomplete. I will add a regulator and a filter (as you pointed out).
