Bridge type diode can correct polarity of a battery ? And Can you please tell me if this circuit is safe? Thank u very much...

Yes, this circuit is safe. Just take care that your bridge rectifier can handle the current you are going to draw. Also, keep in mind that your load will NOT see the full battery voltage across it due to the voltage drop across 2 diodes.

But if you add a capacitor (100uF....2200uF - depends on drawn current) to + and -, the output voltage is above the input voltage, cause the capacitor will be loaded to almost the peak voltage ([nominal voltage - 2 x diode forward voltage] x 1,4).

Don't do this unless you have a real good reason for having the battery terminals back to front, just turn the battery around and use it how it should be used.

Just use a pmos polarity protection. And ManuelPeh, I'm not sure you know where does the 1,4 constant come from, we have a dc circuit here.
