Right, left, brake, backup, marker, and auxiliary power. You would need the connector for your truck and trailer to test each. This is just jotted down quickly. I'm sure it could be modified.

By marker do you mean tail light.

Marker lights are the lights that come on all around a trailer. Usually orange in color. Usually they come on when the head light switch is used. That's a universal name for these lights.
