May need about 12 seconds for simulation to start.  Power with 9 to 12 volts. Modulating signal at 25% or less of operating frequency.  Tune for linearity by adjusting voltage at pin 5.  This oscillates 3 to 35 kHz. by adjusting 25 K resistor and 4.7 uf capacitor.  Operating frequency set by 2.2 k resistor, 25 k resistor, and 4.7 uf capacitor.

The two electrolic capacitors are 4.7 uf and 47 uf rated at 16 WVDC.
