Can I know how you calculate

You mean the resistor values? I didn't calculated them, on one schematic I saw optimal values for collector and emitter resistors (100R and 22R), and the biasing resistors I selected so that the transistor doesn' pass too much current

For the power dissipation you just meassure the voltage across the transistor and multiply it with the current through the collector resistor
