low duty cycle 555 led driver

using a second 555 to invert the output from the fist 555 to obtain less than 50% duty cycle. I am using this to drive 12v LED strips. with switch to change between around 10Hz flash and 68Hz. this simulator doesnt get the  frequency correct for some reason just shows as 5 or 10 Hz.
