When your H bridge is in either state the FETS are shorting the supply because the voltage that they are being driven by is less than the H bridge supply, the P-FET needs a voltage lower than it’s source voltage to turn on, so if it’s source is at 10v, and the gates highest voltage it 5V it’ll always be on. Secondly, you can make it a more simple circuit by removing the two power supplies on the top and just connecting the switch to the source voltage to branch out 10v to either side of the bridge.
