Shouldn't the input signal be connected to C1 and ground, not C1 and V- ? I'd add another diode between the transistor bases, another R between the base and collector of the top transistor. And maybe another cap between the signal and the top transistor's base.

I am agreed with you i take scheme from video on youtube. The channel is ChipDip. The transistors may was kt815 kt817.
