When u increase the voltage or decrease it. The waveform goes crazy?!

Remove capacitors and the circuit will works properly

Its not the capacitor! Its because you are working with positive feedback on both opamps. Swap plus minus inputs (change to negative feedback) and your circuit will work linear and not like a schmitt trigger ;P. Hope this helps.

I have a question for hurz; can u use a Schmidt trigger in A-D converter with stable operation, let's say something simple like a light dimmer. I'm thinking of using a ir diode sender to trigger.
