Yes, for a real implementation a swap is needed. And why not set all resistors to lets say 10kOhm? This would reduce the complexity and lowers also the current drawn from lipo's. A 1:1 differential amp normal setup. Have fun.

Yes I know all must be 10k (10k trim pot for precision) but 1k is the default value and faster to setup for the simulation

10k is not a must. I just saw your values are different to 1k, now i guess you just demonstrated the tolerance, that is fine.

What is the real world best value for my trims? i have a lot of 25k or 50k trim. i solved the reversed input.
