You seems to mix some facts of historic events. "Tesla" is today a company and is not the inventor of brush less ac motors. Also its not Mr Tesla. This was done by Mr Michail Ossipowitsch Doliwo-Dobrowolski long time ago. If you are new to electronic start with the example section.
