This is a bms circuit for a lithium ion cell it can be used with high power resistors and power transistors for high current. Replace the zener diode and npn with a TL431 ic and complementary resistors for a much more accurate balance. The large capacitor at the right represents a li-ion cell.
Also the second zener should also be replaced with a tl431 and it's complementary resistors. The adjustable resistor represents a load you can also stack this circuit for as many cells as you like
