Considering this TPS3700 Window Comparator for a LiFePO4 solar charge control circuit, so Just trying to understand if it will work...

This Window Comparator is for the Top Cell and and when the cell is above 3.65V it needs to drive current into a 49.9kOhm sense resistor to get it above 400mV to latch the charger into a 6.68V standby mode. It also needs to Allow Power to Connect while this Cell voltage is above 2.95V, and Force a Disconnect if bellow 2.88V. The other cells must also be able to cause a disconnect but all cells must be above 2.95V to connect.
