This is absolutely NOT how traffic light works. This is just shifting between LEDs

In the Netherlands they do work like that. Orange after green. Not orange after red. In the Netherlands you don't have a pre warning that green is next.

But ok fair enough orange should have a shorter time. But hey nobody is perfect :-D
