Higher current common base colpitts oscillator. IC quiescent is about 26mA. I have read that the  recommended IC values are between 10 and 30 mA.

I have used the return ratio method as in my other circuits. I want to try to predict the output wave's amplitude. I think Q factor comes into it. Somehow...
