No you made yourself a flywheel circuit

This is why anytime you are doing something with a coil/inductor you need to add a zener diode.

@jass1989, thank you for the hint, I added a zener diode, but it did not solve the issue. The upper end of the coil should have 5V from its switch, but shows 777mV, strange. It works fine without the LED connected, however.

Subsampling. Cuz the relay does oscillates, but this to show needs a proper simspeed of e.g. 3ms/s
