That's just a two way switch that is controlled by a third switch, that is, if the third switch is up then the other two switches act like a two way switch, but if the third switch is down, then it doesn't matter what the states of the other two switches are, it'll always be off. I guess it's kind of like a two way switch controlled by a master switch. If the master switch is on, then it works like a regular two way switch, but if the master switch is off, then the two way switch is off no matter what you set it to.

Oh yeah I see what you mean...but how could i make it a 3 way like that of the 2 way switch in the example
