This one changes the supply voltage of the three stage inverter chain to alter its oscillation frequency. It takes a little bit of time, but the two square waves do phase-lock eventually.
I made a better one earlier that oscillated at ~100MHz (which I achieved by using a 40V power supply for the inverter chain) but I didn’t save it because it would’ve overwritten a different circuit of mine.
