It runs without voltage because of the similarity between charge pump and the architecture of the logic gates plus the ground and the feedback make the magic lol

This one actually is a good example of Macro-Spacial Sub-Field Ionoplasty as it's affected by Harmonic Valence Sublimation..

If I open the circuit it disappears, why? In subspace or a parallel universe?

Yeah probably. Things can get wacky in proximity to aggravated spacetime dilapidation, micro white-holes, those kindsa things. =^/

Of course there is voltage, put a volt meter across the lamp and find out that it reads 66.5mv.......A different question whether it should be there or not.
