Regarding the 5th LED right at the bottom of your circuit layout which isn't illuminated, increase voltage from 7.23V to 9V. Adjust the transistor which comes off the 7.23V power source from 100 A/A to 1 KA/A. Adjust all LED resistors from 560Ω to 800Ω. Finally, adjust the 5th transistor right at the bottom of your circuit layout from 100 A/A to 1 KA/A. All the LED's including the 5th LED right at the bottom of your circuit layout should now illuminate.
