Very nice circuits. I noticed that the upper circuit uses an emitter follower and the lower one does not. Did you have a special reason to do it that way?

I dont understand why either dont have the same output as + and - ... can someone explain about this?

What do you mean? Looks like both circuits show the same measurements..
