This circuit can maintain constant voltage after Turing off the power source for a while......
HOW TO DO THIS 
Turn off every switch from capacitor and turn on the power supply.....then turn off the switch at the desired raised voltage........for example if want to maintain voltage as 5 volt and blue line in the graph came to 5volt turn off the power supply....
You can o many more thing with the Turing on the capacitor ....

the capacitor initially gets charged and discharged while there is no source
