Intended for power up wifi arduino module
ESP8266, typical 80 mA max 250 mA drain.
Simultaion: activate switch to alternate between minimum load and maximum 250 mA output. 
Output voltage maintain 3v3 +/- 0.1v stability

No regulation, output voltage changes when load changes.

Look at description it regulates between 3.2 ans 3.4 volts, mudule ESP accepts 3.0 to 3.6 volts, this power supply fits its requirements
