Acoustic guitar battery pack switcher

Based on the power requirements of my Ibanez Montage hybrid guitar. I wanted a way to flick a switch to jump from worn down batteries and an auxiliary pack so that I don’t have to stop a song on stage to put in 4 new double A batteries. Any thoughts? Let me know

For ease of portability, have a larger 6V plug in battery pack on a lead in a convenient pocket.
