Pwm to 4 pin Fan Control

I invented the PWM system on the 555 layout. It will find a 4-pin computer fan control. Control at 5v level.

The fan is not in the PC. I made a stand and cools me :D

doesn't matter who or what is cooled, you control it manual. Inventions should make our life easier, but yours make it more complicated?

I don't understand you. This was my assumption, manual PWM control. Using this design for example Arduino is meaningless.
