Vout= Vsource —Rs(It)
Or. Vsource—Vout= Rs(Iz+Ir)
The resistance of (50 ohms and 100ohms) (charge) dont matter for Vout if Vsource is < bigger by 1.5 times Vout.
In this example the outer resistance varies from 100 to 50 and viceversa so it will demand more or less intensity but the voltaje must not change... the zener diode must change his intensity to keep stability.
