That's not an AND gate. There's no logic where if A input is high, AND B input is high equals output high, anything else equals output low. Just because you have to use two switches to turn off an LED, does not make it AND logic.

Plus, since the LED turns on when the switches are open (off), that makes this closer to NAND logic.
