That it was an old idea of a circuit to control adjustable output voltage for a boost converter.Two op amp have a common input (ref,5volt) inverted, and non inverted input pins. (Feedback voltage arises from the storage cap as it rises up at the non inverted input pin of the op amp),as it gets higher than the reference voltage mosfet gate's driving pulses are blocked then when the output voltage is intent to go low. Then pulses show up again to drive the voltage high again and vice versa. It's not suitable at all, but it does the work probably.Input Duty Cycle = output Duty cycle.
