There is no usable output current.

Billy, this is working fine for a unidirectional way. Mos inputs are voltage controled, so no need for higher current then this.

BTW, the most simple way to connect two different digital domains is just a resistor. ESD protection clamps the to high voltage and 3.3V is much enough to indicate high logic level backwards.
