Hi! You can see that your circuit consumes about 20mA, 10mA for the lamp and another 10mA for the transistor base. As the default forward gain of a transistor in EC is 100, the base current can be approx 100 times less than the collector (lamp) current. Increase the base resistor to (say) 47k and see how circuit looks.
