latch circuit for esp8266 not standalone with mosfet v2

this is a better version of latch circuit published on https://everycircuit.com/circuit/4552882756780032. the improvement permit to have the some ground between the mcu (lamp) and the control bjt. The push button placed downside can be smoothly replaced with a low signal from the mcu to power off the circuit. the push button placed rightside, near the lamp can be used to turn on the circuit, can be easily replaced with a pulse high to low this one work really well, previous latches warked well but I was not able to replace push buttons with signals from the mcu itself. added also a 1uF cap to turn on the circuit at startup and a delay on button press before shut down
