No dude, MOSFETS work properly, even better, MOSFETS are the perfectly modeled circuit elements here on EC. Check your topology, first ask your self "what's wrong with my circuit" before blaming anyone else.

MOSFETs are far from perfect, but they can do much better then here demonstrated. And I agree, ask your self @AmplifierFAN, what you don't understand before blaming EC.

This circuit works in real life i tested it. Google class A 2SK1058 MOSFET Amplifier and you will find this circuit. But thanks for the feedback. I'll check the mosfet in this circuit and change them to the mosfet 2SK1058. Hopefully it will work. Cuz i also made a 50w mos amp but it didn't work.
