Something similar as on the led bulbs for home, i used 2 capacitors on the ac part because in altern current they act like a resistance but dont wasting energy on heat (that means efficiency) and i used 2 because is cheaper to make with 2 electrolitic capacitors on this part conected negative to nehative and leaving the positive of both to connect to the circuit. IF SOMEONE KNOWS MORE PLEASE ILLUMINATE ME WITH A COMMENT THANKS :)
