Help slayer speaker

I have a good slayer exciter setup. I know my system up and down. I have a good 1 inch spark from the stay top wire. I usually do not place a toride on secondary.  I want to modulate sound into my curcuit now. Its my next goal. If any one could just help from here. Thanks

gain up the audio until it's clipping hard, then use that signal to pull the base down hard on the drive transistor.

It's more complicate that it seems, and the fact that it is a slayer doesn't help
