Why is there a negative voltage at the output? And the input is 10v but the output positive peak is 5v

Put a trace on the positive input to the transformer, check the waveform. Move the earth to the negative side of the transformer, check the waveforms.

No, a transformer acts as a DC decoupler, leaving only AC at the output. Even though in real life you'd end up magnetising the core, the transformer would always struggle to produce AC at the output. Having DC at the output means the primary/secondary wires must've shorted out somewhere inside the transformer.

Change the inductance value to 5.15 H on the transformer. It will even out. The diodes have capacitance the needs to be balanced out.
