EF, CE and the last EF uses 2N3904. I use the BC337 but I believe that it could be any pair of transistors which Vbe(on) and Beta is the same for the current mirror.

A current mirror cant be done with discrete transiators. I tryed to do one with 2n2222 and the result was 5 transistors blown

@cmrincon, you are right and not. It needs extra resistors to align the differences between both transistors. Many users, even user who think they know everything do that wrong. Just put two transistors as current mirror will most likely fail!
