The game consists of a 5 by 5 grid of lights.
(middle-left Lamps)

When the game starts, an initial pattern of these lights is switched on.
(set by top-left logic source)

Pressing any of the lights will toggle it and the adjacent (up/down/left/right) neighbors lights.
(Use bottom-left logic source, both turning on and off the logic source are considered to be pressing the lights once)

The goal of the puzzle is to switch all the lights off, preferably with as few button presses as possible.
