Left power source is simple line voltage at wall outlet.  To the right is a plug in three way adapter.

The capacitor at bottom is .01 mfd rated for 600 volts.  Shape capacitor leads to push into one of the three way adapter outlet across the power and neutral line and tape insulate the component well.

Two of the adapter plugs are open to use.  Plug modified plug into wall socket and power tool into adapter and check if RFI goes away.  With an electric razor this will eliminate some of the noise.
